Once a subscription plan has been created and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage users to carefully review their subscription details before making a purchase.
If you have an active Monthly Plan and purchase a Yearly Plan before the current plan expires, your Monthly Plan will be overridden, and the Yearly Plan will become active immediately. The remaining duration of the Monthly Plan will not be carried forward or refunded.
Similarly, if you have an active Yearly Plan and switch to a Monthly Plan, your Yearly Plan will be overridden, and the Monthly Plan will become active immediately. No adjustments or refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the Yearly Plan.
Users can choose to cancel their subscription at any time. However, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling a plan does not entitle the user to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the subscription.
